- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Grassy camping spot just a few paces from the river so you can easily go for a dip (with tiny sand bank area). Amenities are in an old barn which could do with some work - lots of bugs in there at night getting zapped by the mosquito lamps! For the basic bushland area it's in, there's a great swimming pool with shaded area and BBQs next to it (No Sink or fridge freezer however). Also a café and shuttle bus provided to the local golf club if you want to go out for dinner, otherwise can walk into town where there are a couple of basic pubs.By Helen Jaques, November 18, 2016
